We got a special episode today with none other than Tuckers youngest and only sibling, Lanham Brown. Lanham runs the horse program along side his mom, Mrs. Kelli Brown here at the R.A. Brown Ranch and has quickly found success in the horse show world. While still attending Texas Tech and being a part of Techs Ranch Horse Team he won the AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse World Championship in 2016 on the ranches beloved stud, Take A Pick. His success continued in coming years winning the Non Pro Snaffle Bit Futurity title in 2023 on RAB Miss Blue Bayou and securing the Non Pro Worlds Greatest title by 11 points on Hesa Twisted Bet in 2024. We get some insight on these wins and how both his mentality and work ethic have lead him to be successful and what he believes someone should do if they're just getting started in the horse show world. We have an awesome episode today with some of the family! Emily and Tucker grew up "running" the town of Throckmorton as cousins growing up around the ranch. Emily became a professional photographer with her company, Road Runner Gallery doing work for major companies such as Yeti as well as being a distinguished photographer in the western industry. Her Husband, Nick, grew up ranching and rodeoing in Oregon which he still does as well as transitioning into the show world. We couldn't have started the new year off any better than with our friend Cole Snider Joining us to kick off the 2025 podcasts! Cole has done it all, he grew up in a rodeo family with his dad riding both bulls and broncs and his older brother, Lane riding broncs as well. Cole wanted to get into ranching and found work at several ranches in the north west, spending most of his time in Montana at the Dragging Y and River Bend ranch. He rode bareback horses both in college, amateur and in the PRCA. He now works for Rodeo Time and with the legend Dale Brisby himself.
