The constant nature of a waterfall can be pleasing to go to sleep to. This soundscape goes in the opposite direction. In the middle of July she had to go up to the US to clear out a storage unit and was gone for two weeks. While she was gone I wanted to send her something to remind her of home. One evening, when it was forecast to rain, I made my way outside the city to Chartres and recorded this thunder storm.This Thunderstorm in Paris Soundscape is that recording.
