Striking a deal with the spirited and sheltered Rapunzel, Flynn agrees to take her to see the floating lanterns in exchange for the stolen crown.

As they embark on their journey, Flynn and Rapunzel encounter a cast of colorful characters, including the determined palace horse Maximus and a group of thugs with hidden depths.
