  • Ep.61 - Quantum-Touch Energy Healing: Bringing together breathwork and awareness | Karina Grant
    Dec 18 2024

We talk to Karina Grant all about Quantum-Touch Energy Healing. Quantum-Touch uses very specific breathing techniques and body awareness exercises to raise energy levels, with powerful results, particularly for pain management. We also discuss 'permissioning' as a tool to regulate our nervous systems, and reduce stress and anxiety.

Karina is England’s advanced instructor for Quantum-Touch, and mentors new practitioners and instructors. She has trained people from The World Health Organisation and also delivers Permissioning and Transformation™ trainings, which includes the Permission to Reset™ your Nervous System program, which was such a success with nurses, that it now counts towards Continuous Professional Development points for nurses and midwives. She taught these techniques to many key workers during the first lockdown and is a member of The British Holistic Medical Association and The College of Medicine.

Gwen and Kate then go on to do one of Karina's workshops and share their first experiences of Quantum Touch.
