    Dec 20 2022

Mikayla and I just go the fck off about holiday-themed smut. It's a wild episode with weird recommendations, strange tangents, and some random shit about our personal lives. Enjoy & see you in the New Year, babes.

  • Ep 20: A Momentary TikTok Ban & a Magical Anastasia
    Dec 16 2022

In this episode we interview Sophie Lark, author of many dark-ish romances out there (think of them as dark-lite...the goal post keeps moving for what qualifies as a dark romance these days), as we discuss her recent release Anastasia, based on the true Anastasia Romanov family (not the movie Anastasia, so don't expect a re-telling of that). Sophie and I talk all sorts of things like her decision to incorporate over 100 pages of illustrations in the book, her momentary ban on TikTok for being too sexy with her husband, and what she loves best about working for herself as an author. You can check Sophie out at sophielark.com, on Instagram as sophie_lark_author, and TikTok as sophielarkauthor. Her social media presence is spectacular! Thanks for listening and read whatever the fuck you want.

Disclaimer: due to my own dumbassery this was originally filmed over multiple days of interviews, so if it seems slightly disjointed for a second it's my own editing to blame.
