With more than 23,000 employees in 50 countries, they had to quickly respond to the pandemic and pivot to remote work over a weekend. With the help of Teams, DSM was able to maintain business continuity, and even switched factory lines to produce a new disinfectant. And to continue to aid to Firstline Workers, they started a joint venture to make personal protective equipment.
