  • Rural communities in Texas have struggled to keep up in the fight against the coronavirus. The Texas Newsroom examines the shortage of health care resources people living in those communities face. This reporting is done in partnership with The Texas Newsroom—a collaboration among Texas public radio stations and NPR—and is funded in part by PBS FRONTLINE’s Local Journalism Initiative, with support from the Knight Foundation and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
