Could it be the eclectic artist with a penchant for violence and knives (Cory Tagawa is back)? Continuity be damned this episode as Castillo can't decipher whether these markings as Japanese or Thai (despite previously living there, speaking Thai in previous episodes and being married to a Thai woman...?) so Vice enlists the help of a professor of Asian studies to help them catch the killer.
