Soooo, just to start off, we forgot to introuse the episode because we were so excited about setting up the new microphones that we forgot to introduce the episode and we got very flustered and went proper off track at times... For some reason, when we go off track things seem to get sexual in nature, so be prepared. As always, listen and laugh along to our weird and wonderful minds as we track back on our weeks training, diet and everyday lives throughout this episode. Both the guys bring us through how they trained and they talk food and diet also and try to keep eachother on track as they do. As the episode progresses the two guys get more comfortable and try to test the limits of the podcast.
