    After having her world blown apart by her husband's extramarital affair, Lauren found her practice gravitating towards helping others experiencing the same type of betrayal.

    Lauren has gone on to build an Instagram community of over 115k followers, in addition to helping others through her therapy practice and the many courses she offers.
