Over 80% of these loans are directed toward underserved communities, fostering greater equity and economic opportunity in the region. A native of Costa Rica and fluent in both English and Spanish, Claudia is also deeply committed to advocating for Tourette Syndrome and neurodiversity, using her personal experiences to champion the creation of inclusive environments both in and out of the workplace.
