  • What does it mean to be sanctified in today's world? How do we become one with God when the world loves sin and hates the light that Christ freely gives? Sanctifying yourself doesn't just mean being holy and acting as such, but being one with God by sacrificing the sin that holds you and Him apart. In a world where we are forced to indulge in sin, even by those that call themselves "The Church" when they tolerate sin, only one thing could save us and make us truly children of God: God's unmerited grace. The 29th chapter of 2 Chronicles helps us understand what it means to be sanctified and how we ought to treat the home of God in His presence.
