We talk about symptoms of Parkinson's, the services available to people living with Parkinson's in the Highlands and the fundraising efforts needed to support these services. We talk about the 'Intandem' volunteer mentorship programme that aims to support children and young people in the care system across the highlands. Sarah from Action for Children leads the scheme across the Highlands and Deborah is one of the volunteer mentors. They discuss the positives of being a mentor for the volunteer and child.
