    This year, I decided to take my health and wellness journey to the next level by training for my first powerlifting competition. If you worked with me before, you know that I'm all about non-scale victories and getting stronger mentally and physically. I decided to invite my trainer onto the show to let you in on the secrets of training your body vs. just pure weight loss. Not to say that weight loss is bad, it's not. But in this season I'm learning in order to stay consistent, you must develop a mindset of training. Show up for yourself and body even when you don't feel like it! #embracethesuck
