  • The Covid Pandemic has changed everyone’s lives, but what if it was the reason that your business was forced to close for good?

    That’s exactly what happened to Mechelle Clark’s ‘Melt’ Grilled Cheese Restaurant & Takeway in August 2020 as Aberdeen City was forced by the Scottish Government to go into lockdown for a second time.

    Almost exactly a year after opening her dream Eatery after fighting tooth and nail to build it into one of Aberdeen’s most widely spoken about and recognised brands Mechelle had to put up the ‘CLOSED’ sign for the very last time.
