  • A business’s second chair (COO-Chief Operating Officer) carries a heavy weight. Taking the vision and creating the roadmap to success of the business. Given the challenges these days the second chair requires an expert, and coach, mentor and instructor to lead all facets of the business to the destination. Each Month; I am your host George Murray selecting a business challenge and an operations executive expert to discuss the challenges and provide the tools to be successful to overcome those obstacles.
