This episode is from our YouTube series Story of the Noosphere and explores the wonder of seed and topsoil and cultural heredity, the process through which Neolithic humans formed an intimate relationship with life's principles and dynamics.

Neolithic insights, modern science, and the emergence of the noosphere have allowed humans to have an intimate and detailed understanding of the developmental dynamics that animate the cosmos. Through our relationship with these dynamics, we can sense the direction of the universe's development and even glimpse humanity's purpose within the grand precession of the story of the universe. We can suspect that the dynamics of the Milky Way galaxy are cosmic soil and Earth (and Earth-like planets) are the seeds.

Within this context, we can see that it is humanity's role and responsibility to ensure the health of our planet and positive development of its noosphere to best contribute to our galactic garden.

As a word, "noosphere" is a loose synonym for three different meanings: the history and destiny of Homo sapiens; an emerging planetary nervous system, an emerging superorganism.
