  • My career changed drastically when it occurred to me that showbiz is 10% show and 90% business. It's like an iceberg with just the tip showing, while the underside is where the bulk of the iceberg is located. In business terms, the part others see is a small fraction of the activity. The part one doesn't see, is where the hard work takes place. I decided that the business side of things was where I wanted to devote my time and effort.
