This year, we’ve ticked off things like a trip to Spain and afternoon tea at the Ritz—all things that have helped bring more joy and intention to our lives.
On a more personal note, Michael shares his experience with counseling. After 10 months of therapy, he reflects on how it’s helped him gain a deeper understanding of himself and navigate challenges more effectively. It’s all part of our approach to building a life by design—a life that prioritizes balance, family, and meaningful experiences alongside property investments.
We also discuss the importance of knowing your numbers in property investing. Whether you’re just starting or managing multiple properties, the numbers are non-negotiable. In our latest deal, a commercial-to-HMO conversion, we’ve pulled out all our invested money and are seeing great returns. But it all comes down to understanding the numbers inside and out.
