Spirituality is an essential part of many people's lives, providing them with a sense of purpose, meaning, and connection to something greater than themselves. Although spirituality is often associated with religion, it is not limited to any specific religious tradition or belief system. Instead, spirituality is a broader concept that encompasses a wide range of beliefs, practices, and experiences.

We all carry emotional baggage around with us. It is a part of this experience we refer to as life. And, as much as we try to let go of the negative emotions which bog us down, being able to actually let go of things which have the effect of keeping us down can be incredibly hard. In this podcast, I talk about some of my own experiences of dealing with this issue in the hope that my experiences can help you.
