Before starting her own talent development organization, she worked as a youth development & PR professional globally for organizations like UN, Allstars Project, CRY & Sikshana Foundation. She has over 17 years of experience in the youth development sector. She has mentored more than 100 youths across the globe in a personal capacity along with developing, implementing & scaling Sikshana's Girl Empowerment program across the state of Karnataka for 3000+ girls. She is currently a co-founder at RaisetoPi.com which gives students an opportunity to get future-ready in an everchanging world.
