  • I switched up how I title the episodes, and learned a lot about what it means to be an entrepreneur as I talked to Matt. This week we talked about the issues he and his business partner Sarah faced while opening one of the best restaurants in Fort Worth, Hotbox Biscuit Club. If you happen to find yourself in Fort Worth do yourself a favor and get a meal. 

    P.S. I spoke about the chicken so much in this episode it was comical, but when something is that good you gotta let people know!
