    I'm Lorraine Smith and I help educators and settings to cope with the challenges of  working in education today.

    I identify 3 key sources of stress and challenge:
    Evidencing the professional standards - e.g.  teachers' standards
    Developing time-efficient and effective lesson planning and 
    CPD and training which delivers information overwhelm without a clear pathway to implementation and the identification of practical and 'doable' next steps.

    As a specialist in teacher training, SENCo support and leadership of SEND as well as an expert in the deployment of TAs and change management I invite you to join me weekly for discussion, insight and support.
