  • Running YOUR Race
    May 15 2024

Welcome to this week's episode of the podcast, where I'll be diving into the topic of "Running YOUR Race" with an emphasis on the word YOUR.

In Hebrews 12:1, we are reminded to persevere in running the race that is set before us while keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus. This verse highlights the importance of focusing on our own journey and not getting caught up in comparison or competition with others.

As Christians, we are all called to be a part of the Kingdom agenda - spreading the gospel, serving God, and being a part of the body of Christ. However, each one of us has been uniquely designed by God with our own specific assignments and races to run.

It's easy to get lost in this fast-paced world and feel like we are not doing enough or measuring up to certain standards. But God has a specific path for each of us, and it's important that we embrace our calling and trust Him to guide us every step of the way.

🤯 In today's episode, I'll be sharing a personal story that I believe will resonate with many of you. It's about a time when I felt pressured to run a race with someone that God didn't approve of!! 😭

    Important Pointers:

    1. First, running your race means staying focused on the path that God has set before you. This may mean saying no to certain opportunities, collaborations, or distractions that come your way in order to stay true to your calling.
    2. Secondly, running your race also means embracing your uniqueness and not trying to be like anyone else. We are all fearfully and wonderfully made by God with our own set of strengths, weaknesses, and passions. When we try to conform to someone else's path or standards, we are disregarding the purpose for which God has created us.
    3. Lastly, running your race requires faith and trust in God's plan for your life. It may not always be easy or comfortable, but when we surrender our plans and desires to Him, He will guide us towards His perfect plan for our lives.

Thank you for tuning in to this week's episode. I hope it has encouraged and inspired you to run your race with perseverance and faith. Stay tuned for more episodes coming soon, and remember to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus every step of the way.

  • Divine Turnaround: A Journey from Pressure to Abundance [Stories of 5 Amazing Women!]
    Mar 20 2024

I’m super happy to be talking about this topic titled “Divine Turnaround: A Journey from Pressure to Abundance”

So what exactly is this episode about? Well, I share five amazing stories of women who have three common themes in their lives: stories of struggle, resilience, and divine grace.

Friends, I've had the privilege to witness their firsthand transformative journeys from a place of challenge (Point A) to a realm of fulfillment and purpose (Point B). Their stories are testaments to the power of faith, the strength found in adversity, and the miraculous workings of divine turnaround.

Here are the ladies at their place of challenge (Point A) and what they were dealing with:

Lady A- Primary breadwinner, tried to stretch a dollar to feed her family + was on a debt-free journey

Lady B- Pressure to pay her college tuition

Lady C- Dissatisfied and exhausted with job and desired to live on a farm

Lady D- Tried to figure out her purpose and was overwhelmed (didn't know where to start).

Lady E- Caregiver of two relatives with significant needs.

These women, each unique in their struggle, shared a common denominator: pressure. It was not just any pressure, but the kind that pushes you to the brink, forcing a choice between remaining in discomfort or leaping into the unknown. Yet, it was this very pressure that became the catalyst for change, propelling them towards a leap of faith.

Enjoyyyyy! and cheers to walking and planning from abundance...

  • It's NEVER impossible or It's NEVER too Late (By Kathie Lee Gifford)
    Jan 23 2024

Welcome to my latest podcast episode! I was inspired by Kathie Lee Gifford's book, "It's Never Too Late," and a series of losses and closed doors that I personally experienced this past December.

At times, it can feel like life has given us too many obstacles and challenges. We may think that it's too late to chase our dreams, make a change, or find happiness. But the truth is, it's never impossible and it's never too late.

In this episode, I want to remind you that no matter what age or stage of life you're in, there are always opportunities waiting for you. It's all about having a positive mindset and being open to new possibilities.

  • The DANGER of Skipping the Process!
    Mar 9 2023

Process can often feel like a tedious task that takes too long! However, taking the extra time (through the process) to go through each step in life is always worth it.

In this podcast episode, I do a case study about a lady who skipped the process and lost her business.

Here are some lessons I learned about this story and process:

    1. Not following procedures can lead to mistakes or oversights that could have otherwise been avoided. Process provides structure and helps reduce errors.

    2. Understanding the legal aspects of running a business is important.

    3. Without planning ahead and mapping out your goals and objectives, it can be difficult to measure where you are in relation to those goals.

  • Value and Integrity: Christian Life Coaching
    Jan 27 2023

Integrity in life coaching, business coaching, and mentorship programs has become of great concern nowadays. I initially thought the issues were only in the secular world, but I was shocked to find out that there are issues in the Christian scene as well.

Why do I say this? Since there is a vacuum and high demand within the Christian coaching scene, a few (not all!) who become a monopoly can, unfortunately, produce substandard products and services.

I've found that there is, at times, a lack of originality, transparency, and authenticity in many programs and offers, as people often copy-paste what they deem lucrative money-making businesses. There are also some Christian influencers who have faced lawsuits and backlash for misleading their vulnerable clients.

So, in a nutshell, that is what I'll discuss.

  • Own Your Truth!
    Jan 13 2023

Owning your truth is not a simple task, but it’s an important one!

In this podcast episode, I discuss my personal journey that is in "authenticity phases" when I chose to "own my truth." I also discuss the challenges and difficulties that come with owning your truth.

Bottomline- Owning our truth is essential to living out our purpose on earth. When we are true to ourselves, it gives us the freedom to explore all life offers and be joyous in its many forms. We can become powerful forces for good when we allow God’s plan for us to manifest in our lives. Therefore, taking ownership of your truth is crucial to being a faithful Christian.

  • Give Yourself Grace!
    Jan 4 2023

In this Christian Podcast episode, I reflect on “Giving yourself grace!” This topic is so crucial in one’s purpose journey!

PART 1: Why is it hard to be kind to yourself?

I ask the question: Give an example of a time when you showed someone else grace then… When was the last time you showed yourself grace?

PART 2: I then go in-depth into ways to be kind to yourself i.e.

    · Being more patient with myself.

    · Realizing it’s not a one-time event

    · Permitting yourself to relax

    · Stop being so hard on yourself.

    · Giving yourself a break.

    · Being kind to yourself

    · Forgiving yourself

    · Cutting yourself some slack

    · Recognizing that you’re not perfect, and that’s okay.

    · Everyone makes mistakes – what counts is how you learn and grow from them

    · Acknowledging and celebrating your progress (small or big)

    · Practicing mindfulness.

PART 3: The importance of seeing yourself the way God sees you!

Lastly, I discuss that: Giving yourself grace doesn’t mean you’re excusing your bad behavior or making excuses for yourself. It simply means recognizing that you’re human and will sometimes make mistakes. And when you do, extend grace to yourself just as you would to others
