  • Fascial Awakening and Nervous System Regulation with Jessica Lichaa
    Feb 24 2025

What if the key to clarity, aliveness, and deep relaxation was already within your body—waiting to be awakened? In this episode, I sit down with my long-time mentor and friend, Jessica Lichaa, a fascia and nervous system specialist, to explore the profound connection between fascia, stored energy, and nervous system regulation.

We dive into the body’s role in healing, the impact of tension and unresolved energy, and how awakening the fascia can discharge stored trauma and restore balance. Jessica explains the difference between top-down vs. bottom-up processing, the significance of ventral vs. dorsal relaxation, and how we can work with fascia to shift from dysregulation to deep nervous system healing.

To close the episode, Jessica guides us through a fascial awakening exercise designed to bring clarity, aliveness, and ventral relaxation, so you can experience this work firsthand.

  • The Accomplisher Within: Finding Balance and Self-Awareness with Allyson Blythe
    Jan 27 2025

Do you find yourself constantly striving, doing, and achieving—only to feel exhausted, unfulfilled, or out of alignment? In this deeply relatable and thought-provoking episode, I sit down with therapist and life coach Allyson Blythe to explore the "Accomplisher" part within us—a part I personally relate to and deeply share in.

Together, we unpack the cultural and personal forces that drive us to wear busyness as a badge of honor, seek worth through achievement, and fall into the traps of perfectionism, performing, and pleasing—the "Dishonoring P’s" that Allyson so brilliantly identifies.

We delve into how fear often fuels the accomplisher, leading to burnout, illness, and imbalance, and how our culture praises these tendencies, further reinforcing unhealthy patterns. But this isn’t just about pointing out the challenges; it’s about finding the beauty and value in the accomplisher part while learning how to bring it into balance.

Through self-awareness, reflection, and intentional practices, Allyson offers tools to reconnect with your core values, realign with your flow, and honor the accomplisher within without letting it take over. This conversation isn’t just insightful—it’s a lifeline for those of us who feel like we’re doing it all but missing something deeper.
