  • This heart chakra meditation is one of my favourites and if practised daily for a minimum of 2 weeks will open your heart chakra and help you see and clear whatever blocks you might have there. 

    The benefits of opening your heart chakra are manifold including: 

    1. Finding the peace and stillness that is only accessible deep in the heart

    2. Learning to connect with your heart at a deep level and to start to communicate with it

    3. To learn how to hear its wisdom and guidance which is a very real and tangible thing and which has personally helped me massively in my own life in very real practical terms

    4. Opens you to receive and give love more freely which has the added benefit of allowing you to receive more of everything into your life ♥️
