  • Deepika Sandhu: Talk Authentically With Me
    Jan 1 2023

Deepika Sandhu is a Silicon Valley based Business Executive, Author of Hello Universe, It’s Me, motivational speaker and coach. She is also a mother and an online influencer. Her shared wisdom through her Instagram stories and live streams are based on the account of her real-life happenings. From the pretty, to the normal, to the not-so-great, she holds nothing back and reveals her authentic day-to-day.

“I was winning at the game of life. If I was in a giant football stadium, the big monitors over the field would be flashing in bold caps “YOU ARE KILLING IT.” Problem is, I was not only killing it. It was killing me. None of my checklists, none of my to-do lists, and none of the activities or people that were filling my life were making me happy. I was exhausted, depleted, sad, unhealthy, and just dragging myself through my days.

I needed to throw all those checklists out the window. So I did the only thing I knew how to do as a busy, overachieving, type-a personality – I scheduled a breakdown, manifested a new life. No guru, shaman, or travel to exotic lands required.”

Deepika's mission is to inspire busy, hard-working professionals to go from overwhelmed, demotivated, burnt out and exhausted to living a life that is balanced, fulfilled and joyful in every way. Now through her speaking events, courses and book Hello Universe, It’s Me, Deepika helps people just like you turn burnout into breakthroughs.
