Is fitness a part of it? Sure. But only a slice. We’re going to talk about life, business, mental health, relationships, success stories and shortcomings. This show is built upon the pillars by which you should strive to live your life: Authenticity. Radical Accountability. Relentless Pursuit. I’m Andrew Steven Rose. I’m a 41 year old dad, business owner, and coach. In 20+ years of coaching, I’ve realized that my passion lies not with training, but building stronger humans - inside and out.
