The Apostle Paul: Part 4 The Journey to Rome

  • Résumé

  • After being arrested in Jerusalem, Paul was taken to Caesarea where he remained for two years awaiting trial. He was then sent to Rome as a prisoner, traveling by sea with other prisoners and a Roman guard. The journey was perilous and difficult, with the ship encountering a severe storm and eventually running aground on the island of Malta. Despite these challenges, Paul continued to share the gospel with those around him, even converting some of his fellow prisoners and guards. Once in Rome, Paul was placed under house arrest for two more years, but he continued to preach and write letters to the churches he had established. Despite his chains, Paul's faith and dedication to spreading the gospel remained strong.
