This episode we’re joined by Lynne Lucas, a Technical Program Manager with a diverse and progressive multi decade career. Lynne’s career path, that includes mostly fortune 100 companies, started unconventionally when she was working as an office manager and has grown steadily from software developer to where she is today.
Lynn and I go deep into the challenges of being a Black Woman in a male dominated field along with some practical advice on navigating those challenges. And for this first time on the podcast, we talk about our opinions on certification and formal education for entry into and pivoting throughout your Technology Professional career.
Lynne’s career journey is another example of the possibilities and opportunities a career in Information Technology provides.
