  • How do we as Christians love the LGBTQIA+ community?
    Feb 28 2024

Back from his auditory hiatus, Jake picks up right where he left off, for the Beacon828 Podcast season 2 kickoff episode, "How do we as Christians love the LGBTQIA+ community"?

As Christians, this is a topic that is seemingly glossed over, rarely spoken of, and even sometimes untouched. For members of the LGBTQIA+ community, its good to know where Christians are getting their beliefs from, and how sin plays a part in the faith. Not only is it good to know how to love others that believe differently than you, it's a crucial element in minimizing the divide in a world where people are quick to pick a side.

Jake is joined by the Director of Student ministries for a Christian church, and long time friend, TJ, as they go into detail about a recent sermon series TJ gave to his high school and middle school youth group students on this very topic.
