Our focus is transformation—becoming a Community of Practice. In each episode, we offer practices to help us grow in love, together.

Our guest is Rev Amanda Hambrick Ashcraft. the founder of Raising Imagination and Consulting Community Minister at @middlechurch. She is a social engineer, cultural critic, organizer, writer, facilitator, and public theologian who is passionate about the intersections of race, faith, politics, and parenting.

Dr. Rod Smith was an assistant professor for leadership development at the US Air Force Academy. He connects love, through a conceptual framework on attachment theory to authentic leadership development.
