    In this episode, I speak with Wife, Mom, Community Tutor and Photographer Renelita Montesano on The Praying Homeschool Mom: Benefits of NOT Getting It Perfect. Renelita is a mom of three and has been on this homeschooling journey for over 8 years. She believes that homeschooling brings family closeness and a deeper relationship with Jesus. She also owns a photography business as well as teaches IEW classes. While originally from New York City, she now calls Florida her home.

    Listen as Renelita shares how we should always pray for our children, with our children, as well as; teach them to pray. Teaching and allowing your child to lead instills confidence in them and assurance that the Lord is faithful. She encourages parents to teach their children how to find answers, step forward in their faith, and to seek God's face in all they do.

Jill is passionate about teaching people God’s Word. Her online ministry, Graceful Answers Ministries, focuses on bridging the cultural, language, time, and geographical gap between their world and our own. She also teaches apologetics (defending your faith) and hermeneutics (how to study the Bible properly). Listen as Jill shares how teaching your children to navigate the world is nessessary and Biblical. When parents model the goodness of God, they are training their children in the way they should go. She relays that prayer should be normalized, Bible Study gives a foundation, rest is essential, and those 5 minutes matter.   • Answering The Call To Lead

    In this episode, I speak with Wife, Mom, and Entrepreneur Cassie Darabos on Answering The Call To Lead. Cassie has been married to John for 13 years. Together they have two daughters, Jael and Joy. They have been a homeschool family for 6 years. God has been so good to bless her with the opportunity to start a family led homeschool co-op group, Cornerstone Community. Together, their family enjoys beach days, boat days, or rainy days at home. Cassie enjoys listening to a variety of podcasts and audiobooks. She sees how her enjoyment has transferred to her children as they also enjoy listening to audio cd’s. That’s right, cd’s! She serves in preschool ministry as well as Bible study at her local church. Saying yes to serving is probably one of the best blessings she has been a part of. She loves to laugh, smile, and talk to her friends on a deep level. God is good and His timing is perfect.

    Listen as Cassie shares how being obedient and listening to the Lord has lead her to explore greater ventures in life and leadership. Cassie shows that when we listen to the prompting of the Holy Spirit, we are open to the bigger things that the Lord has created us for. She believes we receive the confidence needed for those ventures from past experiences given to us by no one other than our Heavenly Father.
