Exceptional

I listen to a lot of folklore and mythology podcasts, so it is fantastic to find one so incredibly well written *also* of the culture they are sharing the stories of. It gives me a much greater context of understanding and passion of her experience. I can hear, listen, transfixed and desperately want to know more about them from someone who grew up with their stories and lore woven into the fabric of daily life.
Every episode feels full colour, and the gentle soundtrack did some extra lifting.
Plus her voice is like scented silk and could lull anyone into a soothing state hypnotic state while talking to you about Djinn on trains...
To be honest? Probably my most favourite podcast of them all.
