In today's episode we will be pulling back the curtain and letting you into our minds as leaders. When God places people in a position of leadership, it allows us to be able to guide people in their life endeavors. As leaders in the Young Adult community at FBCG International; it allows us to bring people to Christ and guide you all throughout your walk with Christ. As much as we love it, it definitely comes with a number of ups and downs. We will discuss those today and explain how we can continue to strive to be even greater leaders. We love you all and it is an honor serving you all even when things may become difficult!

How many of us have ever struggled with dealing with the comments on social media? Exactly, we all have! So much of it can turn into such a toxic environment based in a lot of judgement. This is really correlates to our everyday lives, so little grace is extended to each other, regardless of how much we actually understand about the circumstance.
