Rhapsodic.The rapturous delight as the sea greeted these Navigators with its salty salutation,Archaic ideals crashing as vehemently as the crashing waves; this same seaCarrying them forward to a new horizon brimming with promise and possibility,The dawn of a new age, deserting the familiar for the extraordinary. Hypnotic.The sights, the scents, the shore, the sand, as Navigators made landAfter a tumultuous and devastating journey, well worth the sacrificeAs these Navigators became Pioneers, stepping forth into the lush foliageOf this exhilarating, uncharted territory eagerly beckoning them forward. Embryonic.A new society, rudimentary, as Pioneers gave up the ghost, laboringTo birth the vision that burned hotly like a fire shut up in their bones,Blazing the way for these freedoms to which we are now boundAnd for which it is our duty to uphold, to embrace, to preserve.
