THE PERFECT GRILLED CHEESE RECIPE
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of mayo
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 slices of thickly sliced bread
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese
Directions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix melted butter with 2 tablespoons of mayo.
- Spread mixture over one side of each slice of bread.
- Get a pan and turn the stove on low.
- Place one of the slices buttered side down on the pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese on to the bread. Place the other slice of bread on top with the buttered side facing up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Enjoy!
