That pattern has led to repeated setbacks. In this episode, I share exactly where I’ve failed… but also the simple, real-world strategies I now use to stay on track long-term, including:

    • Writing rehab exercises directly into my workout plans
    • Using a whiteboard with visual checkboxes for accountability
    • Tapping into past pain for emotional reinforcement
