The Tale of Benjamin Bunny is a charming sequel to The Tale of Peter Rabbit.
In this story, Peter Rabbit’s adventurous cousin, Benjamin Bunny, convinces a reluctant Peter to return to Mr. McGregor’s garden to reclaim the clothes Peter lost during his previous escapade.
Their daring trip quickly turns into a series of scrapes and close calls, as they scurry through the dangerous garden, dodge the household cat, and narrowly avoid the watchful Mr. McGregor.
Eventually, they’re rescued by Benjamin’s stern but caring father, who teaches the wayward bunnies a gentle lesson on the importance of caution.
Beatrix Potter’s classic illustrations and playful storytelling make The Tale of Benjamin Bunny a delightful continuation of Peter Rabbit’s adventures.
