The price is determined by the market. If the guy across the street from me charges more and people pay it, why shouldn’t I charge more? And by the same token, if I can’t get renters, I have to lower my rent. In this episode, I do a deep dive into why the market should determine the price, not the government, and why any attempt to manipulate the market by the government is doomed to fail.
