  • “The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass.” A beginning is upon us: the beginning of our deep dive coverage of The Wheel of Time! In this episode, our WOT Rookies Dave & Paul join WOT Veterans Kyle & Luke to break down Episode 1 of Amazons The Wheel of Time, “Leavetaking”. Episode 1 introduced us to the concepts of The Dragon Reborn & Aes Sedai, brought us to the Two Rivers to drink and dance, and gave us a battle sequence that left us wondering how in world this is only the first episode. There was a whole lot going on in this episode, and we’re super excited to break it all down. Our coverage can be enjoyed by both series veterans and rookies alike, as we’ll focus heavily on the show’s events and only use our book knowledge to provide background information, answer what questions we can, and allow for some interesting comparisons between the mediums.
