  • Mr and Mrs Coyle were married for 25 years. After several years of being separated, Mrs Coyle filed for divorce. They had accumulated some wealth over the years, and they agreed to share this wealth evenly - 50/50. However, they did not see eye to eye on what that 50/50 split would look like.


    In this third and final episode, we will look at the Coyle’s case to explore whether there is difference between the spirit of a law and the way it is applied in practice.
