  • Episode 6: Self Reflection
    Feb 9 2025

Self reflection is an art, a practice, a way of life. Learning ways to self reflect in a healthy way can be challenging at first. There’s a number of ways the mind and ego resist the process of change, and keep us trapped in our negative thinking patterns and reactive behavior.

In this episode I share some tools that have helped me in my self discovery journey. I share some metaphors I find impactful, as well as some personal struggles I’ve had with self reflection. Join me on this discussion and please, leave a comment, rating, and follow if you found something useful.

    Feb 2 2025

In this episode I share my perspectives with learning about various thought disorders and how they lead to difficulties with navigating, as well as some tools I’ve found useful in managing the effects. Then I take a left turn and dip into the world of Narcissistic Personality Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder.

Disclaimer: I am not a licensed therapist.

These are observations from my own experience, study and research, and are not meant to be a definitive stance on these conditions. My opinions are based off of my findings and personal adventures navigating through these fields. I hope that both people with these conditions as well as their loved ones take from this some practical tips to consider when interacting with each other, and someone who may be stuck in their way of thinking can get their life ruined.

  • Episode 4 | Shared Accountability In Relationships
    Jan 29 2025

Have you ever been caught in the endless cycle of blame and defense mechanisms? Do you feel like your relationship is a series of arguing over the same things and a constant state of unresolved feelings?

Sometimes we naturally communicate in a way that defends our perspective and explains our behavior, not realizing the cost can be invalidating our partners and denying accountability in our part of the problem.

In this episode I share some insights on ways to share accountability and focus on solution-based rather than problem-based communication. This can feel a bit tricky and difficult to do at first, but the results can drastically change your relationship and overall perspective in conflict resolution.
