Robert Oppenheimer during the Cold War. This is part II in a series examining the long-term human effects of those experiments. The purpose of this podcast is to educate, inform, raise awareness, and gain support and justice for victims of the unethical practice of electromagnetic weapons testing on innocent civilians.
