He talks to us about his own struggles with anxiety and mental health and gives his perspective on why BJJ is an effective mental health tool. Jim is all smiles on and off the mats and shares his positive and hopeful perspective with the Post Trauma boys. We could have talked with Jim for hours, expect to see him again soon! Also P.S. we're still amateurs so the cameras were a little Wonky this show. Our bad, we'll get this right eventually.
