    Buckle up as Cory takes us back to Western States 100, where he had to pull his runner from the depths of a low, to finish feeling strong.

    "I feel like after this I have some fresh perspective and tips that I could bring to an episode, especially from the perspective of pacing someone that has gone from chasing a sub 24 hour goal at the beginning of the day to almost fighting the cutoff with 60km of course ahead of them.

    We started just after 10pm, and wouldn't be seeing our crew for almost 6 hours. Tyler and I had to totally redo his nutrition plan on the fly, and figure out how to keep him moving to stay far enough ahead of the cutoff.
