Brucknasty got a chance to sit with Troy Worthen, a professional MMA fighter with a record of 7-3. Troy tells his come up story as wrestler and getting into MMA in his late teens. He shares about almost becoming a firefighter before his world shifted into diving 100% into fighting for a living. He shares his journey from becoming an All-American Wrestler at UCF to fighting professionally in Singapore with @ONEChampionship .
