  • Do you understand your customers? One of the most important aspects of taking your business to the next level is having a good awareness of how your customers make decisions about whether or not to use your products or services. Unfortunately, many business owners mistakenly think they know what's going on inside the minds of their customers but have misread the situation entirely.
