  • It would be hard to find a young adult these days who has never had a social media account. These apps have become an important part of today's society and have proven to have both positive and negative effects on people's lives. Jeremy's sister, Julia Bharwani, joins the podcast as our first ever guest to talk about how social media has impacted her life and how it relates to how it has impacted each one of our lives. A common issue with social media for each of us is it lures us into the trap of comparison. We take a look into why we use social media in the first place and the motivations behind what we use it for.
