A little bit about myself, why I decided to start the unboxed uncensored podcast. My commitment is to share, guide, question and support where I can, impart knowledge to the best of my coaching and teaching abilities.
It's a journey to be shared, and we no longer have to feel alone.
I have been to several mental health professionals or counsellors, seeking guidance and answers to better understand myself.
Instead, I would walk away feeling unheard, desponded, frustrated, worthless and more of a failure or disappointment when I walked into a session.
My reason for starting unboxed uncensored is to add value to people's lives through storytelling, and interviews. To give you and I a voice, that we are heard, and have someone to share our story with. This podcast serves as a broadcast or mouthpiece, where we get to share stories, get insight, where we can feel heard, and have a sense of self.
